The successful candidate will play a key role in protecting and enhancing the commercial interests of the business throughout the project lifecycle, from pre-contract support and procurement through to final account settlement. This role requires an individual with a strong understanding of contract law and contract administration, particularly NEC forms of contract, who can confidently manage commercial risk, maximise project profitability and build strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors and delivery teams.
