Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager Location: London / South East - flexible hybrid working with regular site travel Remuneration: Attractive salary + car allowance + discretionary bonus + benefits Our client is a well-established, highly regarded, successful and profitable privately owned main contractor working with major blue-chip customers across commercial construction, distribution / logistics, industrial, refurbishment and retail projects. With significant secured work and a strong pipeline of further opportunities, they are now seeking to add an experienced commercial construction professional to their team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. The precise title will reflect the successful individual''s experience. We are particularly interested in experienced Quantity Surveyors, Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers capable of taking autonomous commercial responsibility for projects and developing strong relationships with clients and delivery teams. Current and prospective work spans a broad range of project types and values, from multiple smaller customer projects and refurbishments through to substantial new-build and redevelopment schemes.
