We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at our Hatfield head office and play a key role in the commercial management of our projects, from pre-construction through to final account. About the Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take commercial responsibility for a portfolio of projects across our core service areas. Groundworks, earthworks, basements, civil engineering, and site set-up/enabling. Managing costs, valuations, and subcontractor accounts to protect margin and support successful project delivery, with regular visits to UK sites. Key Responsibilities Manage the commercial and financial performance of allocated projects, from pre-construction through to final account. Prepare and submit interim valuations and applications for payment to clients. Measure and value completed works, variations, and change instructions. Procure, manage, and value subcontractor packages, including agreeing final accounts. Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliations (CVRs) and report on project financial performance to senior management. Identify, manage, and ..... full job details .....
