This is a Leeds-based role, working on large-scale schemes across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, leisure and industrial. Projects are typically high-value and complex, offering the opportunity to play a key role in commercial strategy and project performance from pre-construction through to final account. They are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who can take full commercial ownership of projects, manage junior team members, and contribute to the wider success of the commercial function.
