Senior Quantity Surveyor MRICS

Qualification required: MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent
Contract knowledge: NEC and/or JCT
Location: South Coast, UK (Hybrid)

We''re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial delivery across a varied portfolio - no single-sector repetition, real variety of live projects. Sectors including Education, Healthcare, Defence and much more available within the Buildings team.

Key responsibilities:

• Leading commercial delivery on projects - owning cost, quality and programme
• Preparing cost plans, budgets, forecasts and contract administration
• Acting as commercial advisor and Employer''s Agent, building strong client relationships
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors and supporting team development
• Contributing to bids, proposals and business development

Essential requirements:

• MRICS (Chartered Quantity Surveyor) or equivalent qualification
• Proven Quantity Surveying / Cost Management experience in property and development
• Strong NEC and/or JCT contract knowledge
• Employer''s Agent experience desirable
• Strong client and stakeholder management skills
