Senior Quantity Surveyor

Senior Quantity Surveyor required to work for Principal Contractor JV on High Speed Rail London Tunnels Programme. Contract - Inside IR35 Offices at West Ruislip Station - London - Hybrid Working Arrangements in place. 6 month initial contract ongoing basis Senior Quantity Surveyor with NEC Contracts experience essential and rail projects/major infrastructure experience required. Experience working as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for main contractor. Sub Contractor Management experience essential. Role Brief: The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for providing accurate and value generating input to projects alongside working with the delivery teams within the civils team and with associated rail interface works. Ensure subcontractor management, forecasting and delivery. Key Responsibilities -Inputting to the efficient and effective management and issuing of accurate, timely and compliant notices and correspondence. -Preparation and assessment of applications, valuations, cost/value reconciliation. -Cost control and forecasting. Prepare and provide input to monthly reports: value, cost, profit/loss, cash flow and budget. -Preparation and agreement of applications for payment or the assessment and preparation of payment certificates. -Preparation of project forecasting. -Assisting with Risk and Value Management to optimise solution.
