If so, apply below!The OpportunityDue to increased expansion, our client, a Tier 1 contractor, are looking to expand their commercial team on a project in the North Wales area.Responsibilities

Take supervised responsibility for the commercial function on a project or section of a projectContribute to a result as agreed with local commercial managementProtect the company''s position throughout 360-degree relationshipsCarry out commercial tasks and present results in an orderly and accurate formatProactively contribute to the commercial success of the project and thus the businessPrepare applications and reportsReview incoming accounts and correspondence and react accordinglyManage specified subcontract accounts and support senior commercial staff in negotiationsAgree a personal development plan and deliver the objectivesContribute to the development of subordinatesCarry out duties for collaborative working in line with the Procedure for Collaborative Working and the JRMP (Joint Relationship Management Plan)Any other duties consistent with your status and seniority, as necessary to meet the needs of the Business of the CompanyQualifications and Experience

Experience working with NEC contracts on a heavy civil engineering projectA detailed understanding of the general and specific contract and subcontract termsA knowledge of the techniques and processes involved in delivering the worksPrevious National Grid Experience (desirable)Experience working with tunnelling or high voltage cabling (desirable)The Setting for the Role
