I’m working with a well-regarded procurement consultancy that is delivering commercial support for a major London housing developer. They are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a flagship new build residential scheme in East London.

This is a commercially critical freelance role, giving ownership of subcontract packages and the chance to work closely with the main contractor and delivery team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full commercial ownership of multiple subcontract packages
• Lead procurement and contract management from tender to award
• Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
• Ensure robust cost control and accurate reporting
• Act as a key commercial interface between the consultancy and main contractor

Candidate Profile:

• Experienced Senior QS on new build residential schemes
• Strong procurement and contract management background
• Commercially sharp, proactive, and delivery-focused
• Confident working alongside main contractors on live sites
• Available on a freelance / Ltd Company basis
