Responsible to a Project Manager through the project commercial lead for the commercial aspects of a project / section of a larger project.

Assist in protecting the TW commercial position by implementing an in-depth understanding of contractual, commercial, insurance and legal processes relating to contracts.

Key Skills: NEC Experience, Highways and Infrastructure Experience. Good knowledge of change management
