Senior Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading multidisciplinary engineering contractor delivering critical projects across the UK nuclear sector. With a long-established presence on the Sellafield site and a track record supporting complex engineering, decommissioning, asset care, mechanical, electrical and infrastructure programmes, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to some of the UK''s most significant nuclear projects. Our client supports major nuclear engineering, decommissioning, maintenance, fabrication and asset care activities across highly regulated environments. Working as part of an experienced commercial team, you will provide commercial leadership across multiple projects and frameworks, ensuring the successful management of cost, value, risk and contractual performance throughout project lifecycles. This is a permanent position working on a hybrid basis in the Sellafield area. You must either already hold or be eligible to obtain security clearnace. Key ResponsibilitiesManage all commercial aspects of assigned nuclear projects from tender through to final account.Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract agreements.Administer NEC contracts and support contract change management activities.Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and commercial performance.Prepare valuations, applications for payment, compensation events and final accounts.Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities.Support ..... full job details .....
