Lead full commercial activities across water-sector construction projects Administer contracts including early warnings/compensation events, change control, and commercial correspondence with the client and supply chain. Produce and maintain cost reports: forecasts, CVRs, earned value/progress measures, and monthly commercial packs for senior stakeholders. Manage applications for payment, valuations, payment notices, and ensure timely cash collection in line with contract requirements. Procure and manage subcontractors: tendering, negotiation, contract placement, performance monitoring, and commercial issue resolution. Prepare, assess and agree variations, quotations and claims, ensuring robust substantiation and contemporaneous records.
