Projects will include but not be limited to working on: water main replacements, truck mains, pumping stations, sewer rehab, wastewater network improvements, pipeline renewals and other capital works. London office locations include: Rickmansworth and Sidcup - hybrid working will be considered. Responsibilities Support the effective management of valuations, contract administration and cost control across multiple projects. You will produce accurate contract-compliant valuations and applications, monitor certifications, payments and cash receipts, and manage contractual notices and correspondence. You will also review valuation quality, resolve disputes and non-compliance issues, and provide guidance to junior colleagues to ensure high standards of commercial delivery.
