Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly accounting, costing, contract management, and financial information. Monitor, analyse, and report on the bill of quantities, specifications, and contractual implications of ongoing and new projects. Coordinate with the client regarding costing information, highlighting and managing any variations to cost or specifications. Engage with the client concerning the development and follow-up of business, including the provision of quotes for minor works.
