Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client, an integrated design and build provider in the water sector, is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. This permanent role offers the opportunity to take responsibility for the Commercial Management of Projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities:Undertake quantity surveying duties in managing projects and work packagesLiaise with design, construction, and supply chain teams to capture, analyse, and control costsCollaborate with the client to ensure business requirements are metManage the main contract, ensuring contractual notices and correspondence as necessaryPrepare and issue subcontract documentationAssist in the management and performance of subcontractorsManage the preparation and agreement of applications for paymentPrepare project cost and value reports, budgets, and forecastsAssist in the management and development of junior commercial staff Job Requirements:Degree or equivalent qualificationWorking towards or have chartered membership of a recognised institutionExperience in utilities or construction sectorsExperience with NEC3/4 contractsExperience managing and developing an individual or small team Benefits:Competitive salaryHybrid workingCar or car allowance25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (with an additional 5 days available to buy)Contribution pension schemeLife assuranceHealth insurancePrivate medical insurance If you are an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to ..... full job details .....
