Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our Civils contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Water division on a permanent basis working out of Ringwood offices with hybrid working.Working within one of the UK''s key water industry frameworks, you will play a pivotal role in delivering wastewater and environmental improvement projects that support long-term infrastructure investment and regulatory commitments.You will join an experienced commercial team responsible for managing projects throughout the full lifecycle, from pre-construction through to final account.Our client is an excellent fit for individuals seeking a supportive yet ambitious environment, with clear career progression, professional development opportunities and proactive employee engagement.ResponsibilitiesCommercial management of wastewater and environmental infrastructure projects.Administration of NEC4 Option C Target Cost Contracts.Management of compensation events, change control and contract compliance.Preparation of cost reports, forecasts, cash flow projections and financial reviews.Procurement and commercial management of subcontractors.Supporting project teams in identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities.Working collaboratively with operational, design and client teams to achieve successful project outcomes.Assisting with target cost development, forecasting and cost recovery.Skills/experience/qualificationsExtensive experience working as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil ..... full job details .....
