This opportunity will focus on providing commercial support on a bid involving a bespoke form of contract and non-standard methods of measurement. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing commercial team and play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of tender submissions and commercial activities. Key Responsibilities Provide commercial support on a live bid project. Review and interpret bespoke contract documentation. Prepare cost estimates, valuations and commercial submissions. Assist with commercial risk management and contract administration. Support tender and bid activities from a commercial perspective. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to meet project and submission deadlines. Ensure accurate commercial reporting and documentation throughout the bid process.
