Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure programme in Merseyside.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor with a background in Civils, Utilities or infrastructure to join a multidisciplinary team delivering essential infrastructure projects.You''ll work closely with construction managers, designers, planners, schedulers, operational teams and subcontractors, providing effective commercial management and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual and commercial requirements.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in supporting the commercial performance of the programme. You''ll build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensure commercial processes are followed and provide accurate financial information to support effective project decision-making.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the commercial performance of infrastructure projects.Working closely with operational and project delivery teams.Managing NEC contracts and associated commercial processes.Preparing and managing Applications for Payment and valuations.Managing change, variations and commercial risk.Producing accurate cost forecasts and financial reports.Supporting month-end commercial processes.Managing the commercial performance of subcontractors.Supporting subcontract procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.Working ..... full job details .....
