Job Role: Lead the commercial management of various project elements, managing all costs and income within your area of responsibility. Supervise and mentor a small team of junior commercial staff, supporting their professional development towards industry qualifications. Prepare and analyse tender documents, conduct cost forecasting, and manage contract cost control. Negotiate with subcontractors and manage customer and stakeholder commercial relationships. Use your expertise to support procurement strategies and constructability analyses. Maintain compliance with company governance, embracing LEAN and digital tools. Deliver timely commercial reports and financial reconciliations to senior project staff. Experience Required: BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
