A long-standing business contact of mine is now looking to reinforce their current commercial team by appointing a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can lead their own projects and report into a Commercial Director.
My client was previously a Group Managing Director for a well-established £700+million T/O business and decided to set up on his own due to his extensive knowledge and experience in the construction marketplace.
This Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage £15million Dandamp;B contract, so someone from either an industrial, distribution, commercial office, retail or mixed use sector will be considered.
You will be able to build the future of this company alongside the Commercial Director, with future progression to a more senior role after a period of time.
Up to £85k plus package and fully expended electric vehicle is what is on offer for this position.
