This is an excellent opportunity to take commercial responsibility for a high-value scheme from delivery through to final account. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Manager and Project Team to ensure robust commercial control, maximise project profitability, and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships. Key Responsibilities Full commercial management of the project from procurement through to final account. Preparation and submission of interim applications and valuations. Management of subcontractor procurement, accounts, payments and final accounts. Administration of contract changes, variations and compensation events.
