Senior Quantity Surveyor role at Mactech Energy Group. Be responsible for management of commercial activities on siteEnsure the timely submission of EWNs, CEs and other notifications under the ContractEstablish and maintain registers for contractual notificationsPrepare quotations for CE''s once agreed in principleSupports the planners with preparing contractual programmesSupport/manage Applications for PaymentSupport the drafting and negotiation of subcontractsContract administration of subcontractors and suppliersSupervise junior team members and support their continuous developmentSupports Bilfinger''s financial timetable and internal and client reporting requirementsUndertakes forecasting, CVRs and other project reporting requirementsOptimises profitability - evidenced by improvements in margins of projects against budgetMinimise company''s liabilities by providing support and advice to site team in respect of contractual obligations, notices and remediesSupports valuation, application and invoicing process and the review and certification processes of subcontractor accountHybrid working option available 2 days at home and 3 days on site40 hours a weekExperience / Qualifications
