You''ll take commercial ownership of projects, managing subcontract packages, controlling costs and maximising value while working closely with project teams, clients and the wider supply chain. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontract agreements, procurement, negotiations and payments. Administer NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, particularly Options A and C. Manage compensation events, variations and contractual change. Prepare monthly CVRs, valuations, forecasts and commercial reports. Monitor budgets, project costs and profitability. Review subcontractor applications and maintain accurate cost records. Manage change registers and support client audits. Monitor contractual obligations and project progress.
