Senior Quantity Surveyor – Kier Places - Building Solutions South, based in Basingstoke.Location: BasingstokeHours: 37.5 hours per weekResponsibilities
Managing the commercial resources of assigned projects to maximise planned gross marginAssessing, reviewing and mitigating commercial and contractual risksPlacing and controlling contracts, subcontracts, material and plant ordersSupporting the compilation and submission of project variationsLeading and motivating commercial staff to ensure collaborative relationships across teamsWhat are we looking for?
Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying desirable, with experience in a similar roleStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and the supply chainOrganised, deadline-driven, and confident using IT packages including Microsoft OfficeWe’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are welcome.
