We''re looking for an experienced Senior Project Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in managing cost and risk across high-value construction projects. You''ll work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards while maintaining excellent financial control from tender through to completion. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Project Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Managing Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager team, supporting them in delivering successful project outcomes. Your day to day will include: Managing project cash flow and preparing applications for payment to clients Negotiating with sub-contractors to achieve best value and assessing returns from the supply chain Monitoring actual expenditure against budgets through Cost Value Reconciliation Reports Ensuring all variations are costed and logged in line with contract conditions Mentoring and supporting junior commercial staff in their development What are we looking for?
