Senior Quantity Surveyor

We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Regional Construction team based in Leeds. Location: LeedsHours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a vital role in ensuring the commercial success of our projects from tender through to completion, working collaboratively with talented teams to deliver exceptional results. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Regional Construction team, supporting them in managing and enhancing the commercial performance of projects. Your day to day will include: Advising on the financial viability of projects at early stages and during tender processes Organising procurement strategies and assessing returns from sub-contractors to achieve best value Negotiating with our supply chain to secure optimal commercial outcomes Monitoring project expenditure against budgets through detailed Cost Value Reconciliation Reports Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide commercial expertise and guidance What are we looking for?
