We''re looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our Thames Water - Maple Lodge STW team based in Rickmansworth. Location: Maple Lodge STW, RickmansworthHours: Full time - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. This is an exciting opportunity to join a major water infrastructure upgrade project, supporting and deputising for the Commercial Manager. You''ll lead day-to-day commercial management of key packages, ensuring robust cost control, supply chain management, and accurate reporting. As a senior member of the commercial team, you''ll provide guidance to colleagues while contributing to the commercial success of this significant scheme from construction through to final account. What will you be responsible for? As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the commercial team, supporting them in delivering all commercial and contractual responsibilities on this major project.
