Quantity Surveyor:Permanent Role: Quantity SurveyorAn opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an Bromsgrove based Residential Groundworks Business on their commercial team. The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business as they have multiple projects upcoming.Duties:• Provide quotations to clients for variations• Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks• Accurate monthly cost and value reports• All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity SurveyorRequirements:• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks• Time management skills and meeting deadlines• Experience in value engineering• Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPointRemuneration:• Up to £100,000 dependant on experienceSeniority level
