This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple sites, delivering complex civil infrastructure and highways packages for a leading main contractor.The RoleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of civil and highways works across several major logistics schemes. This is a dynamic position requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple packages simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee commercial delivery of civil infrastructure and highways packages across multiple sitesManage budgets, cost plans, and financial forecasting across projectsAdminister NEC contracts, including compensation events and variationsLead subcontract procurement, negotiation, and account managementMonitor and report on project performance, risks, and opportunitiesWork closely with operational teams to ensure commercial objectives are metProvide clear and accurate reporting to senior managementMentor and support junior commercial staff where requiredRequirementsStrong experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, infrastructure, or highwaysProven track record managing multiple projects or sites ..... full job details .....
