Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Eastern Region / Site Based Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction business and play a key role in the commercial management and successful delivery of major construction projects across East Anglia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Tier 1 main contractor experience to take a leading role on significant projects, while contributing to the development of commercial teams and supporting the delivery of future projects within the region. Experience working on education or public-sector projects, particularly DfE-funded schemes, would be advantageous. The Role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring strong financial control, effective risk management and successful commercial outcomes. You will work closely with the wider project team, clients, consultants and supply chain partners to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, commercially and to the required quality standards.
