Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) Quantity Surveyor

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a remote work environment while contributing to high-profile projects.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for MandE projects.Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and specifications.Manage procurement processes, including subcontractor and supplier negotiations.Monitor project costs, variations, and valuations to ensure cost control.Provide commercial advice to project teams and senior management.Evaluate and manage claims, change orders, and final accounts.Prepare and submit progress reports and financial statements.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and contractual requirements.RequirementsDegree or diploma

in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years

of experience in MandE quantity surveying.Strong knowledge of

cost estimation, procurement, and contract administration
