Based in Gloucester, the business has built its success on delivering quality projects, developing long-term client relationships and consistently doing what it says it will do. With a close-knit team of around 30 people, this is a business where senior people have a genuine voice. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you ll take ownership of a portfolio of projects and have real influence over their commercial performance. The business The company delivers projects predominantly across the residential, healthcare and student accommodation sectors, with typical project values ranging from £1m to £11m.Most projects are delivered on a design and build basis, with the business also providing a full turnkey service from land acquisition and planning through to construction and handover.It also holds places on established public sector frameworks, providing a strong and secure forward order book.
