Senior Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering and Power Infrastructure Location: Glasgow / West of Scotland Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 + Benefits Job Type: Permanent Senior Quantity Surveyor Glasgow Civil Engineering Utilities Infrastructure NEC Contracts JL Renewable Solutions are recruiting for two experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join an established and growing infrastructure contractor delivering major engineering and construction projects across Scotland. With a strong pipeline of work supporting the UK''s electricity infrastructure, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business investing in its commercial teams and delivering long-term projects across the power and utilities sectors. We are particularly interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from civil engineering, construction, utilities and infrastructure backgrounds. Previous experience within the electricity transmission and distribution sector would be beneficial but is not essential. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of infrastructure projects, working closely with Commercial Managers, Project Managers and operational delivery teams. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned projects. Administering NEC contracts, including compensation events, variations and change control.
