Senior Quantity Surveyor - Power and Energy Infrastructure Location: Inverness, Scottish Highlands Salary: Competitive + Car Allowance + Benefits Job Type: Permanent The Opportunity JL Renewable Solutions is working with a well-established infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major electricity transmission and distribution projects in the Scottish Highlands. Our client is delivering critical infrastructure works as part of the ongoing investment in the UK''s electricity network, with a strong pipeline of projects and opportunities for continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of significant project packages, manage contractual and financial performance and play a key role in supporting successful project delivery. You''ll work closely with senior commercial and operational management, providing commercial leadership across project activities and supporting the development of the wider commercial team. Key Responsibilities Take responsibility for the commercial management of major electricity transmission and distribution projects or significant work packages. Manage project budgets, cost reporting, forecasting, cashflow and Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs).
