Ensure the site team adheres to group procedures and governanceManagement of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be requiredPreparation of Valuations/Applications for Payment with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contractOversee Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentationManagement of subcontract and material procurement schedulesAdministration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accountsUndertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registersIdentifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and changeUse the cost allocation/coding which satisfies both internal and external requirementsMeasurement of quantities in accordance with the standard methods of measurement as requiredQualifications
HND/Degree qualificationProven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or a Quantity Surveyor looking to step upRegistered with RICS / ICES and working towards chartershipExperience within a construction/engineering/similar and commercial ..... full job details .....
