The initial project is a £16m residential development comprising 45 apartments across two blocks in Lambeth, South London. This is a project-based role with a combination of site and office working, where you will take responsibility for the commercial management of the project from pre-construction through to completion. The role will suit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who has a strong background in residential construction and is comfortable taking ownership of the commercial side of a project.
