Senior Quantity Surveyor East Midlands UK-Wide Projects 70,000 - 75,000 + Company Car + Benefits Permanent We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a well-established and growing specialist construction contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity to join a financially stable business delivering a diverse range of projects across the education, leisure, commercial and public sectors. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in the commercial management of multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account. The Role Commercial management of multiple projects across the UK Cost planning, forecasting and financial reporting Subcontractor procurement and account management Preparation and agreement of valuations, variations and final accounts Contract administration under NEC and JCT contracts Risk management and commercial reporting Supporting tender and pre-construction activities Liaising with clients, consultants and operational teams Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the UK construction sector Strong understanding of NEC and JCT contracts Experience managing projects from tender through to final account Education, leisure, commercial or public sector project experience advantageous Degree, HNC or HND in Quantity Surveying or related discipline Strong communication and negotiation ..... full job details .....
