Hit Apply below to send your application for consideration Ensure that your CV is up to date, and that you have read the job specs first.Location: Inverurie, ScotlandSector: Power and RenewablesResponsibilities:Review and validate tender budgets to ensure full scope coverage and identify risks.Develop and update detailed cost plans on a weekly basis.Manage subcontractor accounts, interim valuations, final accounts, and payment certificates.Prepare and present weekly/monthly commercial reports, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, and risk assessments.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.Administer contract obligations, manage variations, claims, and dispute resolution.Oversee procurement processes, evaluate tenders, and ensure best value and compliance.Identify, assess, and manage commercial risks throughout the project lifecycle.Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships; lead commercial meetings.Lead and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading MandE contractor who have lots of exciting projects in the pipeline across the Power and Renewables, Data Centre and Pharmaceutical sectors.This role is permanent with an excellent negotiable package.For more details please apply above or send me an email at ..... full job details .....
