The successful candidate will work on a range of infrastructure and enabling works projects, providing commercial expertise from early-stage feasibility through to final account. This position offers significant autonomy, exposure to high-profile schemes and the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with an established client base. Key Responsibilities: Preparing infrastructure cost plans and estimates. Advising on project viability and development costs. Managing procurement and tender processes. Cost control, reporting and forecasting. Administration of contracts and management of change. Valuations and agreement of final accounts.
