Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastucture

A respected independent consultancy is looking to appoint an Infrastructure Quantity Surveyor to support the continued growth of its specialist team. The successful candidate will work on a range of infrastructure and enabling works projects, providing commercial expertise from early-stage feasibility through to final account. This position offers significant autonomy, exposure to high-profile schemes and the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with an established client base. Key Responsibilities: Preparing infrastructure cost plans and estimates. Advising on project viability and development costs. Managing procurement and tender processes. Cost control, reporting and forecasting. Administration of contracts and management of change. Valuations and agreement of final accounts. Supporting the delivery of highways, drainage, utilities and external works packages. Building effective relationships with clients and project teams. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Experience within infrastructure and/or civil engineering projects. Strong commercial awareness and analytical ability. Knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. MRICS status, or aspirations to achieve chartership.
