This role is unique in the sense that it is not focusing on the delivery & commercial management of projects on the day to day, but a sharp focus on implementing better commercial processes within the framework and improving systems. Due to the nature of this role, office attendance will only be required a few times per month. Candidate Profile: Degree Qualified in Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management (or similar) Previous experience working within the Civil Engineering or Infrastructure sector. Experience working on various contracts including NEC, Bespoke and Water specific contracts. Previous Main Contracting experience Full UK Driving Licence, ideally with own vehicle- Key Responsibilities: Working alongside Commercial Director & Commercial Manager, administer improved commercial processes within the Thames Water framework Understand and scrutinise Cost Reporting & CVRs before they are presented Understand and analyse cash flow protocols- Review existing and new terms of conditions with Sub Contract...
