Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure

I''m currently working with a leading infrastructure consultancy that is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team in Swansea.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a senior role or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking greater project variety. You''ll work across a diverse portfolio of projects within Highways, Rail, Water, Utilities and Major Infrastructure.

Unlike many positions that focus on a single framework or client, this role offers exposure to major national infrastructure programmes alongside regional transport and local authority projects. With a strong pipeline of work across South Wales, it''s an exciting time to join the business.

You''ll lead the delivery of pre and post-contract commercial services across multiple infrastructure projects, managing client relationships and supporting junior members of the commercial team.

• Cost planning and commercial management
• NEC3 & NEC4 contract administration
• Managing compensation events and change control
• Commercial reporting and forecasting
• Procurement support
• Valuations and payment assessments
• Client and stakeholder management
• Mentoring junior Quantity Surveyors
• Supporting projects from inception through to completion

• Previous Senior Quantity Surveying experience within Infrastructure
• Strong NEC contract knowledge
• Consultancy, contractor or client-side experience
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience across Highways, Rail, Water, Utilities or Major Infrastructure

• Salary up to -65,000
