Senior Quantity Surveyor

A well-established Groundworks and Civil Engineering contractor is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing commercial team. With a strong reputation for delivering residential infrastructure, roads and sewers, earthworks and groundworks packages, the business continues to secure repeat work and long-term partnerships, creating an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial professional to play a key role in its ongoing growth. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based commercial management with regular visits to live projects across Yorkshire. The Opportunity As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility for the commercial management of several projects from pre-start through to final account. Working closely with the Commercial Manager, Contracts Managers and operational teams, you will be expected to take ownership of project performance, manage commercial risk and help maximise profitability across your portfolio. The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to step into a more senior position or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a new challenge within a growing and supportive business.
