The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of a major infrastructure project, working closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers and senior stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career within a major London infrastructure environment. Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of assigned project packages from procurement through to completion. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, valuations, applications for payment and cost reports. Manage subcontractor and supplier accounts, including procurement, payment applications, variations and final accounts. Monitor project costs, commitments and expenditure, identifying commercial risks and opportunities.
