You will have previous experience of Cladding and have experience of running QS Teams on large sites, potentially wanting to take your next step up into a Senior Quantity Surveyor role or just want to work for a Principal Cladding Contractor in a business that is going places. This role is supporting the Commercial Managers that cover the London area Overall purpose of Senior Quantity Surveyor role •Work closely with construction and project management to manage and monitor the commercial aspects of delivery of assigned contracts to budget. •Liaise with senior surveyor in order to ensure delivery of budget and financial information. •Liaise with finance, procurement and estimating as required. Senior Quantity Surveyor / QS Role Responsibilities: Management and monitoring of assigned project plan, associated budget, costs, and contract terms, with senior surveyor as appropriate. Liaison with Surveyors and Senior Project Manager. Liaison with Financial Controller, Procurement Manager and Estimator. Valuation of works and collation of associated documentation for CVR, cash flow forecast and sales forecast. Discussion with client and countersigning of documentation.
