This is a senior position within the commercial function, reporting directly to the Managing Surveyor, Commercial Director or Operations Director and taking responsibility for the commercial management of projects alongside the development and management of junior members of the team. The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for a Quantity Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor, so previous experience managing, mentoring and developing a commercial team is essential. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for greater responsibility and the opportunity to play an important role within an established contractor.
