Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential, mixed-use and student accommodation schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based on-a project in Staines, Surrey.-

The development consists of 350 units, mid to high-rise RC Frame build, total value -100m.

You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into Head of Commercial.

Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading mid to high-rise-RC Frame developments in excess of -100m.

In return, our client is offering -90k - -95k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top.
