Senior Quantity Surveyor - Highways

This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark in a business that values agility, transparency and innovation.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Derby office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new role As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of highways projects from pre-construction through to final account.Key responsibilities will include:Managing project costs, budgets, forecasts and financial reportingAdministering NEC form of contractPreparing and submitting applications for payment and managing cash flowIdentifying, pricing and negotiating compensation events, variations and change controlProcuring subcontractors and managing subcontract accountsPreparing interim valuations and agreeing final accountsMonitoring project performance and identifying opportunities to improve commercial outcomesProviding commercial support and guidance to project delivery teamsManaging project risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycleBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with ..... full job details .....
