The role offers long-term work within a highly regulated environment, with 3-4 days per week required in the Glasgow office . Key Requirements Significant Quantity Surveying experience , ideally within defence, nuclear, engineering or other major regulated projects. Relevant HNC/HND, degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management . Strong experience in cost management, cost forecasting, valuation, change control and commercial reporting . Experience with contracts, procurement, variations and final accounts . Strong understanding of commercial and contractual principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. SC clearance required before commencing.
