The role Manage commercial delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure work packages. Prepare CVRs, forecasts, cost reports, applications for payment and cash flow. Administer NEC contracts, including early warnings, compensation events, notices and change control. Manage subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, payments and final accounts. Provide commercial support to operational and project-delivery teams. Identify commercial risk, opportunity and cost-recovery actions. Requirements Senior QS experience on major highways, civil engineering or infrastructure projects. Strong NEC3/NEC4 and subcontract-management experience.
