We are currently recruiting experienced commercial professionals to join one of Europe''s most significant hyperscale data centre developments in Helsinki, Finland.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a landmark project with a leading international contractor, delivering state-of-the-art critical infrastructure within a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

Candidate Requirements

We are seeking professionals with:

• Proven Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) project experience
• Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Semiconductor, Life Sciences, Mission Critical or Large-Scale Industrial project backgrounds preferred
• Strong commercial and contractual management expertise
• Experience managing subcontractor packages, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Knowledge of NEC, FIDIC or equivalent contract forms
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Ability to work within a high-performance project delivery environment
